No purchase required. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

How to enter: To enter online, complete the online form located at GardenRidgeSavings.com. Alternatively, print your name, address, daytime phone number, and age on a postcard (only), affix appropriate postage, and mail to Garden Ridge, L.P., ATTN: Marketing Department/Sign Up, Save & Win Promotion, 19411 Atrium Place, Suite 170, , Houston, TX 77084. All mailed entries must be received by 12/22/2008 to be eligible for the Grand Prize. All entries become the property of GardenRidge, L.P. and will not be returned or acknowledged. Photographic or incomplete entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete electronic entries for any reason.

Who can win: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their household residents of Garden Ridge, Inc, or any of its network affiliates, sponsors, or partner web sites are not eligible.

Entry Limits: Only natural persons may enter the contest, using his/her own unique email address; only one entry will be allowed per person. Any attempt by a person to enter more than permitted will result in disqualification of the entrant, at the discretion of Garden Ridge, L.P., upon verification.

Odds of winning: Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. This contest will be running on more than one partner's website at the same time.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that all and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Harris County, and be subject to the laws of the State of Texas. Should there be a conflict between the laws of Texas and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Texas.

Opt In: By entering Contest you understand that your registration information may be shared with our marketing partners and you opt in to receive email from GardenRidgeSavings.com. You may opt out of the GardenRidgeSavings.com email list or any marketing partners email list at any time, by following opt-out instructions on any such emails.

Weekly Winners: Each week for four weeks, one winner will be selected at random from all contest entries (received electronically or by mail delivery through the previous day) to receive a $250 Garden Ridge Gift Card . Contest starting date/time is 11/21/2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST, and last day of the contest 12/24/2008 at 8:00 a.m. CST. A total of four $250 Garden Ridge Gift Cards will be given away and drawing dates are 11/25/08, 12/02/08, 12/09/08, and 12/16/08.

Grand Prize: One $500 Garden Ridge Gift Card grand-prize winner will be chosen at random on or before 12/23/2008 from all of the valid entries received (electronically or by mail delivery) through 12/22/2008.

Notification to Winner/Forfeiture of Prize: Each winner will be emailed (if electronically entry is drawn), mailed or telephoned (if mailed entry is drawn) within 2 business days of any drawing. Each winner shall have 7 business days from the date an email is sent, mail is sent, or the winner is telephoned to affirmatively respond with both a completed “acknowledgment and release form” supplied by Garden Ridge L.P. and a valid shipping address.

List of Winners: An email will be issued, following the Grand Prize drawing, providing a complete list of winners. The name of all winners, state of residence will be displayed on a special page made on GardenRidge.com for this purpose throughout the contest. A list of all winners can also be obtained by sending a request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Garden Ridge, L.P., 19411 Atrium Place, Suite 170, Houston, TX, 77084.

Taxes: Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of any winner. If required by law, each winner shall be required to provide his or her United States social security number for tax purposes.

Limit of Liability: GardenRidge.com or marketing partners will assume no responsibility for errors, injury, or any other matter relating to or resulting from entering contest.

Contest void where prohibited. No cash will be substituted for prizes. GardenRidge.com, L.P. shall be deemed the sole interpreter of the rules and conditions and any decisions shall be final.
